Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. This page explains how refunds work for Omoggle Pro, our one-time $9.90 USD lifetime upgrade. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), so all refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.
1. 14-day no-questions-asked refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for any reason. No justification needed — we'll process it. Email us at support@omogglegame.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout, and
- Your order ID (starts with
ord_…on the receipt Creem sent you).
Once approved, the refund is initiated through Creem and typically arrives back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer and country. The refund is for the full amount including any tax that was charged at checkout.
2. Beyond 14 days
We'll consider refunds beyond 14 days on a case-by-case basis, especially for:
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- A clear technical issue that prevented you from using Pro and that we could not fix;
- Local consumer-protection law in your country granting a longer cooling-off period (e.g. EU/UK distance-selling rules).
If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, just ask — we'd rather sort it out than have you frustrated.
3. Creem's 60-day MoR safeguard
As Merchant of Record, Creem reserves the right to issue a refund on our behalf within 60 days of the purchase, at its sole discretion, to prevent chargebacks and ensure customer satisfaction. This applies even where our internal policy above would not (for example, if a customer is unable to reach us). We acknowledge and accept this MoR-level right and will not contest such refunds.
4. When we may decline a refund
We reserve the right to decline a refund if any of the following apply:
- Significant evidence of abuse of the refund process (e.g. repeated buy-and-refund cycles, "friendly fraud").
- The account associated with the purchase has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The purchase is older than 12 months and the user has actively used Pro features extensively.
A declined refund does not waive any right granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence, nor does it override Creem's MoR-level discretion described in §3 above.
5. Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge from "Creem", "Armitage Labs" or "Omoggle" on your card statement, please contact us first at support@omogglegame.com before initiating a chargeback. We respond to support emails within 3 business days and can usually resolve confusion or issue a refund in minutes — without the friction or delay of a card dispute.
When a chargeback is initiated, Creem (acting as MoR) typically processes a full refund on our behalf and is charged a USD/EUR 25 chargeback fee per dispute by the card networks; that fee is borne by us, not Creem. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in (a) permanent suspension of your account, (b) addition to our internal fraud-prevention list, and (c) where the card network's investigation supports us, a claim for the chargeback fee from the disputing party.
6. Subscriptions (not currently sold)
Omoggle Pro is currently a one-time purchase only — there are no recurring subscriptions, no trial-to-paid auto-conversions, and no in-app currency. If we introduce subscription-based products in the future, customers will be able to cancel at any time directly from their account or through Creem's Customer Portal, and request a pro-rated refund of any unused period in accordance with this policy.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days (often within hours during weekdays). If we do not respond within 3 business days, Creem's MoR-level safeguard described in §3 ensures your request can still be honored.
