Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Omoggle Game ("Omoggle", "we", "our", "us") collects when you use omogglegame.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to all users, including paid customers.

1. Summary in plain English

1A. What Omoggle is — and what it is NOT

Because some user-generated camera platforms have been associated with prohibited categories, we want to be unambiguous about what this Service is:

Because we are not an AI generation product, the Creem Moderation API requirement (which applies to AI image/video generation merchants) does not apply to us.

2. Data we collect

2.1 You provide directly

2.2 Collected automatically

2.3 Camera & microphone

When you start a camera check or PSL scan we request camera access via your browser's standard prompt. Frames are processed by the open-source MediaPipe FaceMesh model running locally inside your browser. Camera frames are never uploaded to our servers. During a live 1v1 match, your camera stream is relayed peer-to-peer (WebRTC) directly to your opponent — we operate only the WebSocket signaling channel that helps you find each other; we do not see, decode or store the media.

3. Payment data & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all sales on omogglegame.com. This means Creem is the legal seller of record for your purchase, handles VAT/sales tax compliance in 190+ countries, processes the card transaction, and issues the receipt and invoice in their name.

Card details are entered on Creem's checkout page and never reach our infrastructure. Creem shares with us only a redacted purchase record (order ID, customer ID, email, product, amount, country) so we can grant you Pro access and provide support. Creem's own Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice govern how they handle the personal data you submit to them.

As MoR, Creem reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of a purchase at its discretion to prevent chargebacks and protect customers — see our Refund Policy for details.

4. How we use data

5. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We process personal data on the following bases: contract (to provide the Service you requested), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, aggregate analytics), consent (where required for analytics or optional features) and legal obligation (tax, accounting, lawful requests).

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with:

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Advertising data shared with Google AdSense is limited to what is technically required for ad delivery; we do not provide them with your camera frames, PSL scores, match history or account identifiers.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country of residence (typically in the EU or US). Where required, we rely on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to safeguard transfers.

11. Children

The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact support@omogglegame.com and we will delete the data and ban the account.
