The information, scores, rankings, ratings, blog content, and features made available on omogglegame.com (the "Service") are provided for entertainment purposes only. By using the Service you agree to the limitations described in this Disclaimer in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. PSL score is not medical, psychological, or aesthetic advice
The PSL (perceived symmetry/lookism) score is a numeric estimate computed locally in your browser from the geometric distances between facial keypoints detected by the open-source MediaPipe FaceMesh model. It is:
- Not a medical diagnosis, plastic-surgery recommendation, dermatology assessment, orthodontic plan, or any other form of clinical advice.
- Not a measure of your worth as a human being. It is a 1–10 number used inside a casual face-off game for matchmaking and trash-talk.
- Not a research-grade measurement. The keypoint detector is approximate, lighting / pose / camera quality affect results, and the scoring formula is opinionated.
- Not a comparison against any specific population or demographic. It is calibrated against the Service's user base only.
If you are experiencing distress about your appearance, please talk to a qualified professional. We are a video face-off game, not a mental-health resource.
2. ELO and leaderboard accuracy
ELO ratings, win/loss counts and the global leaderboard reflect server-recorded outcomes from short, audience-voted match rounds. They are not a measure of objective skill, beauty, status, or character. The leaderboard may be adjusted at our discretion to remove fraudulent gains, banned accounts, or bot traffic.
3. Audience votes are not endorsements
Audience votes during a 1v1 round express the spontaneous preference of other players in the moment. They are not a professional opinion, a formal review, or an endorsement of either party by us. Votes can be biased, sarcastic or adversarial; we do not curate them.
4. Live video — your conduct, your responsibility
Live 1v1 matches are peer-to-peer (WebRTC). Your camera and microphone stream directly to your matched opponent. While we operate a session-time gate, an 18+ acknowledgment, and an Acceptable Use Policy with hard bans for misuse, we cannot pre-screen the appearance, behavior or audio of strangers you are paired with.
By starting a match you accept that:
- You may be exposed to other people's faces, voices, real-world backgrounds, and ambient sound.
- You should never share personal contact information, financial details, or identity documents during a match.
- You can forfeit / disconnect at any time using the Forfeit or Cancel button — there is never a penalty for leaving an uncomfortable interaction.
- You should report any policy-violating behavior immediately to support@omogglegame.com; include the rough timestamp.
5. No warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- That match-making latency, P2P connection success rate, or queue waiting times will meet any specific level;
- That ELO, PSL, leaderboard or vote data will be free from bugs, manipulation attempts, or revisions;
- That the appearance or behavior of other users will meet any standard of decency or comfort.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omoggle Game and its team, contractors, and infrastructure providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, opportunity, or emotional distress — arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 50.
7. Third-party links and content
The Service contains links to third-party websites (e.g. 67speedgames.com, images2gpt.com, creem.io, and others referenced from blog posts). We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, opinions or operation of these external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
8. Brand and trademarks
"Omoggle Game" is a stylized portmanteau used by an independent team for a 1v1 mog-battle video face-off product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Omegle, the Omoggle™ trademark, the Mogged platform, 67speedgames.com, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Creem, MediaPipe, Google, or any other third-party brand referenced inside the product or on this site. References to those brands on blog or marketing pages are for descriptive, comparative or interoperability purposes only and do not imply any partnership.
9. Blog content and SEO comparisons
Articles on the Omoggle blog may reference, summarize or critique competing products and public studies for informational purposes. They are the opinion of the author at the time of writing and are not professional, legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice. Names, prices, features and policies of third-party products may change without notice; we will update articles when we can but we do not guarantee continuous freshness.
10. AI / generative content disclaimer
Omoggle does not generate, render, synthesize, paint, deepfake, swap, beautify, age-progress or otherwise alter human faces. The PSL score is a geometric measurement of facial-keypoint distances — not a generative output. Any textual product copy, blog post, or in-game narrative may have been drafted with the assistance of large-language-model tools; we review and edit before publishing, but do not guarantee that AI-assisted content is free of errors or omissions.
11. Jurisdictional issues
The Service is operated from outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, but is accessible globally. We do not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in every location. By using the Service you take responsibility for compliance with local laws, including age-of-majority requirements, video-call regulations, and any restrictions on user-generated content in your jurisdiction. Where local law restricts certain features, we may geofence or disable them without prior notice.

We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
