Acceptable Use Policy
Omoggle Game is a live, camera-on, audience-judged 1v1 arena. The format only works when everyone keeps it safe and respectful for everyone else on the other side of the lens. This policy explains what's allowed, what isn't, and what happens when someone crosses the line.
1. The age rule
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the live arena. Pretending to be a minor, or showing a minor on camera, results in an immediate permanent ban and (where applicable) a report to law enforcement.
2. Strictly prohibited content & behavior
The following will result in an instant ban without refund:
- Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind, including partial nudity, sexual gestures, sexual acts, exposed genitals, or simulated sexual content.
- Sexually suggestive content — borderline content marketed as edgy or provocative is treated the same as explicit content for moderation purposes.
- Content involving minors in any context.
- Sexual solicitation, sex work, prostitution or anything resembling adult-cam services.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, hate speech or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability or any other protected characteristic.
- Violence, including weapons displayed on camera, threats of violence, simulated violence, gore, or self-harm.
- Deepfakes, face-swap apps, virtual cameras and any artificial input designed to deceive your opponent or the audience about who is on camera. Use your real face.
- Drugs & controlled substances visible or referenced on camera.
- Illegal activity of any kind, including content that violates local laws applicable to you or your audience.
- Impersonation of another real person, brand or public figure.
- Recording, screenshotting or redistributing opponents' camera feeds without their consent. The platform itself does not record — but you may not either.
- Spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to direct users off-platform for anything in this list.
- Bots, scripts, scraping, automated voting, alt-account collusion or any technical manipulation of matchmaking, voting or ELO.
3. Encouraged behavior
- Resting face beats forced expressions. Be yourself.
- Good lighting, eye-level camera, head-and-shoulders framing.
- Skip if a match feels off — no questions, no penalties for legitimate skips.
- Use the report button on anything that violates this policy.
- Keep audio off unless the format calls for it (current format is silent).
4. Reporting & moderation
We rely on a layered moderation approach:
- The 18+ session gate reminds users of the age and behavior rules at every entry.
- The 15-second round timer bounds the impact of any single bad actor.
- The skip and report controls let you remove yourself from a match instantly and flag the opponent.
- Repeated reports + ELO/win-rate signals trigger automatic temporary bans pending review.
- Manual review by the Omoggle team for severe incidents.
5. Consequences
Depending on severity, violations of this policy can result in:
- A warning (first-time minor violation).
- Temporary timeout from matchmaking (24 hours – 30 days).
- ELO reset to baseline.
- Permanent device/IP/email ban.
- Forfeit of any paid Pro upgrade without refund.
- Report to relevant authorities (for content involving minors, credible threats of violence, or other unlawful conduct).
6. Reporting illegal content
If you've encountered illegal content (especially CSAM or credible threats of violence), please email [email protected] immediately with as much detail as possible (timestamp, opponent handle if visible, screenshot if you took one). We treat these reports as the highest priority and respond within hours.
7. Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was applied to you in error, email [email protected] with the device or email associated with the ban and a brief explanation. We aim to review appeals within 3 business days.
8. Changes
This policy will evolve as the platform and the threats to it evolve. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Material changes will be posted on the website and (if you're a paid customer) emailed to you.
Continuing to use Omoggle means you agree to play by these rules. Thank you for keeping the arena safe for everyone.
